Join ecologist Pat Serrentino and naturalist Ted Watt for a leisurely exploration of the bird life that can be found around the Greenfield Community College Campus. We’ll look for returning late migrants and birds that stay year-round in the wetlands and park-like habitats at the college. We’ll listen for beautiful bird songs and may see some early fledglings.
This free walk is limited to 12. Ages 8 and up are welcome. Binoculars are recommended but not required, as are sturdy hiking shoes for this easy walk. Be prepared for biting insects and ticks.
