(N.B. eLibrary works best with Chrome and Edge browsers.)

- In the “Quick Links” box, click eLibrary
- A new page opens showing “Enter Docket Number”
- Type “P-2485” in that box and a list opens showing all names
To Subscribe to Notifications from the FERC:
- Go to www.ferc.gov
- In the “Quick Links” box, click eFile
- If you have previously registered, fill in your email and password, then click Log In
- if not, click the New User link and follow the instructions
- On the left side, click eSubscription
- At the top, click Add New Subscription
- Where it says “Enter Docket Number”, type in “P-2485” for Northfield Pumped Storage
- At the bottom, click Subscribe
- If you also want Turner’s Falls/Cabot Station, repeat last 3 steps, using “P-1889”. Note that since licensing for these projects has been combined, using both project numbers will frequently result in duplicates.
FERC recommends to be the most powerful and persuasive to them
- Keep your comments short and succinct: a few pages at most unless you have some 100 page study they haven’t seen;
- Be very specific. Generalities like “I think it’s a bad project” or “it’s a travesty” don’t add to their knowledge;
- Go ahead and make it personal about things they wouldn’t know from their distance;
- Be really clear and loud if you think you have facts they don’t know;
