Friends of Reusable Bags/GG Reusable-Bag Workshop

The Reusable Bag workshop held at the Greenfield Public Library on Saturday, April 5th during Greenfield Winter Farmers’ Market was a great success!!

Over 40 volunteers, including a goodly handful of kids, made over 50 bags, with 2 dozen of them donated.  We also received $22 in donations, which helps cover the cost for grommets and eyelets used: our only non-reused items.  Yay us!  Donated bags will go to Fosters, be used for gleaning, and perhaps find their way to other spots from time to time.
